Mr. Steven M. Lefkowitz

Steven M. Lefkowitz is a Managing Director of Caxton-Iseman Capital, Inc., which he joined in 1993. Mr. Lefkowitz is a director of American Residential Services, L.L.C., Electrograph Systems, Inc., Prodigy Health Group, Ply Gem Industries, Inc. and Buffets, Inc., and a former director of Anteon International Corporation. He was formerly a Vice President and limited partner in Mancuso & Company's $100 million equity fund, where he specialized in the acquisition of consumer product companies. Mr. Lefkowitz was a director of Sports Holding Corp., the world's largest manufacturer of hockey sticks, hockey equipment and outdoor footwear. Mr. Lefkowitz also participated in the acquisition of Life Fitness, the largest electronic fitness equipment manufacturer, which was sold to Brunswick.
