Mr. Robert A. Ferris

Robert A. Ferris is a Managing Director of Caxton-Iseman Capital, Inc., which he joined in 1998. Mr. Ferris is a director of American Residential Services, L.L.C., Electrograph Systems, Inc., Prodigy Health Group, Ply Gem Industries, Inc. and Buffets, Inc., and a former director of Anteon International Corporation. He is a founding General Partner of Sequoia Associates, a San Francisco-based buyout firm that made over 30 acquisitions in heavy and light manufacturing distribution, forest products and agribusiness. Prior to organizing Sequoia, Mr. Ferris served for ten years as a member of the senior management team at Arcata Corporation, a large forest products, printing and packaging concern, where he was involved in the negotiation and consummation of more than 40 acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and joint ventures. Mr. Ferris is on the Board of Overseers of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Fordham University.
