Mark Heilman is a co-founder and co-president of CoVant. Prior to forming CoVant, Mr. Heilman was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Anteon International Corporation where he was responsible for Anteon’s business, technology and M&A strategies. Prior to his role at Anteon, Mr. Heilman served in a broad range of consulting, management, engineering, research and teaching positions with both private and public sector organizations, including CSP Associates, Inc., Ford Aerospace & Communications Corporation, and the California Institute of Technology’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He received a BS degree from the University of Iowa.
