James Heilman is an Executive Vice President at CoVant. Prior to joining CoVant, Mr. Heilman was a Managing Director at CSP Associates, Inc. where he provided market analysis, strategic planning, and mergers & acquisitions advisory services to government agencies, corporations, private investors and financial institutions operating in the defense and government technology services markets. Mr. Heilman also served in a wide range of operational and management positions with Ford Aerospace & Communications Corporation, Loral Corporation, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. He received a BS degree from the University of Iowa and a MS degree from The American University.
